Legal Question in Family Law in Cyprus

I am a jordanian who married a cypriot citizen in 2003, we seperated about 3 yrs ago and would like to get a divorce. i have since met someone else and would like to know how long after the divorce can i remarry?

You can legitimately remarry once a divorce order is issued and the time period for appeal against that order (42 days) has elapsed. If you wish legal representation for the issuance of the divorce order, please contact us at [email protected]
