Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Cyprus
If I am an independent limited company working on behalf of a client who owns a magazine, editing, writing and developing ideas for their magazine, can they then sell my ideas on or indeed the magazine on without my written consent or are my written and creative ideas copyright to me as an independent company because I created them?

It would depend on your contractual relationship with your client and whether that specifies the ownership of intellectual property resulting from your services. Subject to any agreement to the contrary, copyright to intellectual work is with its creator.
