Bad Checks
I work for a business and need to know what steps I can take to collect our bad checks. We work in the following states. FL DE VA DC MD NJ PA IN IL OH MI
I just don't know where to begin to look because I all I can find onlilne are companies that want to verify checks.

I have set up systems for businesses that have frequent collection problems. At least as the beginning, the State of the debtor are not at issue. Most of the work can be done by the business with my help and oversight but without so much involvement that the costs of collection exceed the benefit. My clients report success with the system.
