Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
I have used agent and mail-forwarding company Easycorp Ltd (http://www.easycorpltd.com) for my Delaware LLC company. During 2 years the Easycorp charged me for more than $20,000 excessive fees, that don't have any invoices, no explanations for those. Asking Easycorp support leads to long time answers and blah-blah. This seems like a fraud by them - they charged me without any notices/invoices and they don't want to return those money back.
What to do in this situation? What legal actions should should I make?
PS. I know two customers of Easycorp who have the same situation - big charges, no invoices/explanations.

They list their annual registered agent fee as $125. Without knowing what the long answers are, and why you paid them over $20,000 without any invoice or explanation, it is difficult to offer advice. Both entities listed on the website, Easy Corp Ltd and Easy Corp (USA) LLC, are organzied in Delaware, so there would be jurisdiction to sue them here.
