Business bank account
Does my business bank account has to be created with a bank present in the same state with my LLC or may I have a business account of my Wyoming or Delaware LLC in New York?

Dear Sirs,
According to our practise, you may have your business bank account in a state, which is another from the state of company's organization, and you may have bank account even in another country.
In case you organized a company in USA, but your business is situated in another country, you may open a bank account in the country of your business.
To have exact details we recommend you to apply to any USA bank.
