Are there any significant advantages to basing a charitable organization in Delaware vs New York when the organization will be soliciting donations potentially in all states

MINOR DIFFERENCES, WHICH ONLY HAVE TO DO WITH POSSIBLE TAX ISSUES (INCOME AND SALES TAXES) IF ANY FUND-RAISING HAS TO DO WITH UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME, WHICH IS SUBJECT TO INCOME TAX AND, POSSIBLY, SALES TAX, REGARDLESS OF WHERE GENERATED FROM, BUT POSSIBLY APPLICABLE TO STATE OF INCORPORATION.
