In Delaware what court disputes contracts between customers and service providers

Justice of the Peace Court has jurisdiction up to a limit of $25,000 in dispute.
Common Pleas Court has jurisdiction up to a limit of $75,000 in dispute.
Superior Court has no monetary limit to its jurisdiction.
There are pros and cons to filing in each court.
