As a Franchise Attorney I can advise as follows. First, get everything in writing. Send your employer a registered letter asking for what you want and why. Give a relatively short time (a week) for them to take the appropriate action. If nothing happens, take your letter to an attorney and have him or her write a demand letter. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
