Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
My father died 3 yrs ago and left a company. The Delaware Articles of Incorp state that only his direct descendants can be owners of stock of the company. The trustee of his trust has full control of the company and will not turn it over to me and my siblings. What can we do to get possession of the company and stock that is rightfully ours?
