Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware

Forming an LLC

My two partners and I are interested incorporating. We believe that an LLC is the best choice for us. From our understanding, it would protect us against personal liability, and allow us better tax options than a simple c-corporation. It seems as DE is the best state to incorporate. Is this true? I know that i need an agent, what is the best way to get one?

Re: Forming an LLC

An LLC can be a good way to go for a small company, but you should discuss all the options, including C-Corp. and S-Corp. The Del. vs. Pa. decision would be influenced by whether you are going to do business just in Pa. or more widely.

Our main office is in Del. and I can serve as registered agent as well as do the company organization. We also have an office in Center City Phila., which may be more convenient to you for meeting.

Feel free to contact me regarding representation and fees.
