Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
I hired a business consultant and in the contact it dose not say I can't terminate for hard ship I have already paid her $3000 I know she would keep a percentage but not all my money she told me she never had any one leave her but she it trying to charge for document she filled out $100 each witch I think is crazy and 2000 for phone calls I never talked to her like that I been with her one year 10 months I called it off in nov 2010 she giving me the run around for the papers work she done what should I do
