Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
I live in Delaware and I am looking to start a small online business selling water pipes. I want to start this business as a partnership. What do I have to do to as far as being legally able to start doing this? How do I register my partnership? Any other legal information reguarding this would be greatly appreciated.

It's generally not a good idea to start a business as a partnership because you do not enjoy a limited liability status. The vast majority of new businesses choose to incorporate either as a corporation or as a limited liability company (LLC).
A startup attorney, like myself, would be able to assist you in registering your business.
