Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
LLC formations
I am looking into forming a corporation for real estate purposes. I would be the only partner at the beginning. The possiblitity of future partners is realistic. Is a LLC the way to incorporate for tax purposes?

Re: LLC formations
Either an LLC or an S-corp. are good ways to organize and both forms have similar tax advantages. An LLC definitely would be better for someone planning a series of companies with separate assets and liabilities.
