What is the benifit of filing for an LLC in Delaware? What is the best way to Structure an MLM?

DE is sometimes chosen for establishing companies because the courts there are very familiar with business law. If you're asking this question, then that probably won't be much of a factor. FL has a very convenient online system, but you should consult an attorney before you set up a company so you can avoid common mistakes. Many legal problems arise because a lawyer wasn't there to keep it from happening.
