operating agreement for LLC
there's 3 members in our LLC, can just one member sign our operating agreement? We're registered in Delaware.

NO- the Op Agreement is the controlling document and is a CONTRACT which binds each member to its terms.

The purpose of an operating agreement is to iron out the terms of the agreement between the principals. Therefore, it needs to be signed by each.
