payment upon conclusion of agreement
i hired an attorney to process visa application paperwork. in our written agreement two payments were arranged. one was phrased ''upon conclusion of this agreement''.
does this mean after he has finished all the tasks/duties itemized in the agreement as i assume? or does it mean up front upon my signing of the agreement?

Re: payment upon conclusion of agreement
That's kind of indefinite language but I would think that it was on the agreement being made....the second payment would be for the performance thereunder. Since you have an attorney have you asked them what they think it means?
