Rebates
I applied for a rebate and after a very very long wait and faxing several times I received my $250 rebate check. a week or two later I received another $250 rebate check from the same company for the same product. I cashed and depostied them both. Can the company come back to me and ask me for the money back?

They should, as you appear to admit committing fraud.
