Hello ,

I am Samir , I am based in India.

I have my own offshore web and mobile apps development company located in India.

I want to open one bank account under my company name in USA in Delaware if possible.

I don't have any relatives in USA.

Can you please let me know like what is the costing in oder to open bank account under my business name in USA.?

Also what are the charges for register my company in USA including your fees and all.?

A bank account can be opened by a U.S. company with a TIN/EIN. It does not matter whether the owner of the company does not have a U.S. SSN. The account opening has to be done in person but you could provide a Power of Attorney for the purpose of opening the account.
