Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware
I have an small auto repair shop and have a problem with a client he brought me a truck to put a motor in it I gave him a price to put the motor in he then brought me three motor that were not any good that I have time in taking them apart to check them I have put one of the motors in the truck but it needs more work to finish an he is not willing to pay the extra cost now he is telling lie to other people trying to make me look bad and I would like to know what I can legally do he has gone as far a telling my landlord I am selling drugs out of the shop I am renting
