Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware

I worked at this nursing home for five years and got a write up and then fired for going outside for five minutes. now i do have a habit of being late and a few more write ups which is half truth. do i have a case

Any attorney will say most employment is at-will, meaning either party can terminate at will. If you have a written employment contract, that may be a different story. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
