Discrimination of handicap

Dover downs is appealling human rights panel decision which awarded me $5,000 how can i request more money at appeal

If you are dissatisfied with the original decision, you have the right to appeal just like Dover Downs, assuming you have not missed the deadline for appeal (which should have been listed at the end of the decision). However, either by virtue of your appeal or Dover Down's, the appellate body can overturn or affirm the original decision so you might get nothing, more or the same.
