Legal Question in Consumer Law in Delaware
deleware auto sales
I live in new jersey but i just bought a used 2001 truck from a dealership in deleware. It was an as is sale but it did not pass the new jersey state inspection. I know in new jersey a car has to pass inspection but i don't know the law in deleware. Should the dealership pay for the repairs?

Re: deleware auto sales
DE or NJ, "as is" without more in the contract means exactly that: as is. What you see is what you get.
