bail
if you are given bail for a charge of failure to appear then sometime later you are charged with the same charges can you bail be put on you a second time

Yes, bail can be reviewed more than once and can be done by Judge at any court appearance. In Delaware we have written bail guidelins that Judge must follow in setting bail. Ed Pankowski, criminal defense lawyer since 1978.
