Legal Question in Criminal Law in Delaware

if no citation given, any notes put on record?

If multiple things happened during an occurence but a citation/ticket was only issued for the more serious offense, is anything else noted on your record making it searchable by employers like the federal government? or is only that for which the ticket was issued noted?

Re: if no citation given, any notes put on record?

The only thing noted on your record would be the actual citation issued against you.
