filming
IF you were to do some video work for a small time band, and they asked you to follow them around with a camera. Could i have any kind of charges brought against me for filming them using a drug and not turning them in

No, not for failing to turn them in, but you could possibly be charged for possession under the doctrine of constructive possession.
