Selling a manual that teaches the manufacture of illegal drugs

i found an amazing manual over the internet that tells u how to make drugs.i want to sell the manual----

--Can i sell it legally?or will i be charged with a lawsuit?

In Delaware this manual could be considered "Drug Paraphernalia" under our statute. Be careful, we have been doing criminal defense work since 1978. Ed Pankowski
