testimony of spouse and minor children
if subpoenaed can the prosecuting attorney in a domestic violence case force a spouse and her minor children to testify against her husband? does it matter if the marriage took place after said incident?

There is such a thing called Spousal immunity, which prevents spouses from compelled testimony against each other.
