Re: Theft

I'd need more details, but it seems like you live in Philadelphia and were maybe working in DE....

You will need to write me back with some details so I can accurately assess your question. Is there any past criminal history (arrests or convictions)? How old? Employed? Children?

You can send the infor to me direct at [email protected] Thanks!

Mike

Re: Theft

As a Delaware criminal attorney for 30+ years, I would negotiate plea with Attorney General to keep you out of jail. If you make partial restitution after arrest and before plea, you would probably get level 2 probation for 2-3 years to monitor restition. You may call us if you wish................Ed Pankowski
