Dui
I was taken into custody for a dui as a result of an annonymous tip. Police tested me when he found me sitting in my vehicle in a parking lot. No passengers or accident involved. First offense. I work outside the home and cannot afford to lose my license. I have never been involved in a dui before. Do I need an attorney?

If this is a first offense you may be eligible for ARD which would reduce or eliminate the suspension. if not a first offense or you are otherwise ARD ineligible you may have a probale cause argument. You need to speak with an attorney to discuss your options. I offer free initial consultations.

As an attorney I am biased, but I think anytime someone who does not practice law is at risk of losing their license, they should get an attorney

You should definitely consult with a private attorney. Feel free to call our offices for a free consultation. You can also e-mail me directly. Look forward to speaking to you.
