Legal Question in Education Law in Delaware

Private School , Distance Education

Dear Sir ;

we are currently in the process of incorporating in USA ( delaware ) LLC .

we are willing to register--name removed--private school offering K - 12 courses as distance education based , courses will be offered for normal students internationally as well as students with lelarning disablilities .

we are not US citizens nor residents thats why we are forming the company in delaware , we will have--name removed--mailing address in delaware and the company forming our LLC will act as our registered agent .

we are willing to know which state would accept registeriing in and afterwards its followup is easy & no red tape envolved .

also we are considering later accreditation from the CITA

we would appreciate your fast reply ,

Send me a private email. The issues are what are the state requirements for registering in a give jurisdiction and complying with state codes with respect to distance educators. Your citizenship is not an issue.
