Legal Question in Family Law in Delaware

Child Visitation Rights

Child visitation was written, mother gets 3 wks. or more. She is solely responsible for travel expenses. Father is refusing to drive them 2 1/2 hrs. to airport and wants Mother to book additional flight from smaller airport closer to him but more expensive. Mother does not have the additional money to spend for the added flight and has suggested that her parents would escort them to and from the airport. Father refused. Legally, does this Father have the right to refuse visitation if Mother does not comply with additional flight even though she can make arrangements for less expense as well as grandparents driving the children to and from airport? Father has stated that he wants to be the one to see them off at the airport. Father and Mother have not had cooperative relationship and Mother feels taken advantage of. Please help! Thank you and God Bless You!

Dad Could Be on Thin Ice

It would appear that if mother sends her parents to pick the kids up at dad's house, she has complied with the agreement to provide transportation. If he doesn't turn them over, he could have a contempt citation in his future.
