Restraining orders

My ex wife has sole custody of our 3 children and the person that she is seeing has a violent past and a criminal record. Is there any way that I can file a restraining order against him so he can not be around my children?

Re: Restraining orders

You can file a motion under your final judgment for divorce asking for

such restraints. You will have to document his prior criminal history with records and statements of witnesses.
