Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Delaware
My girlfriend and I have split up and she doesnt want to move. We have a mortage on our house, my name is first. How can I either make her move or get my name off of the mortage?

You are going to have to sell the property if she cannot or will not finance in her own name. The court may be needed to order it.
