Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Delaware
scam
I was involved in a relationship for six years with a woman who i found out preys on individuals who are vunerable. I had lost my wife of 15 years just before retiring. A year later i met this woman, who had a healing arts center. She also has a doctorate in hypnotherapy. we began dating and it all seemed so good. When she realized my money was low, she began to act differently. I have proof she was planing this all along and even shared very personal medical information with all her friends. even when i asked her not to. She has left me depressed with no place to live.I found out she has been funding her alchoholic daughter for years. She has racked up debt over $20000 in the past year. when this woman realized I was low on funds, life was unbearable. We broke up. I have been in the garage apt. can legal action be taken? I know this was all planed. I was not the first. You are my last resort. Please help.

If you were married, this would be grounds for divorce and marital assets would be divided. Not much you can legally do to her now. ed pankowski
