title loans

we had a car 2 years ago i bought it out right in delaware,then had to move to nj cause of sick mom who died and had to get money for rent went and got a title loan from a co.and then got evicted and had to move to ny to live with family,then car died, want to know what we can do not to go tojail

If your main concern is to stay out of jail (or prison) then all you have to do is not to commit a crime. Debtor's jail has been been abolished here in the U.S. and in England. Being poor is not a crime.
