need attorney for h1b transfer

hi

am looking for a attorney to do my h1b transfer....

i changed my status from f1 to h1 last year..and got a i94 that is valid until oct 1st 2010,along with my h1b approval.....after my h1b and change of status got approved, i also travelled out of country and reentered US on my f1 visa ....so my i94 number in my passport is different that what i have in my i797

i have been working since then.........

got all my pay slips so far...

so if i file a h1 transfer now..

1. what are the chances that i get a new i94 when my h1 transfer gets approved... i definitely needs to get one, because i am not in a position to travel out of the country immediately,if i dont get a i94 along with my h1b transfer approval..

2.. also,does my interim travel after h1b and change of status approval last year,affects me in getting a new i94 with my h1b transfer approval?

please suggest

Your question contains some contradictory information. Everything is possible when it is done in proper order. I am concerned with your return on F-1 visa at the time when you had H-1B.
