Legal Question in Immigration Law in Delaware
H1 B Reentry
I came to US on H1B with Company A and have a visa stamp on my passport i.e. valid till Nov. 2006.
I have changed two employers, currently working for Company C and holding a valid H1B petition & updated I-94.
I will be going out of the country on vacation for 3 weeks, can i enter US without getting my passport stamped with my current employers visa petition.

You should be able to re-enter the U.S. with your earlier visa and with proof of employment and your current I-797 and I-94.
Re: H1 B Reentry
You should be allowed to re-enter with your old visa (that is still valid) and your current I-94 (together with proof of current employment). This assumes that the immigration officer at the port-of-entry is aware of this policy. The safest thing to do is get a new visa in your passport.
