need h1b transfer : question
hi
i changed my status from f1 to h1b on oct 1st 2007
the i94 that i received in my h1b petition was valid until oct 1st 2010..
now,if i apply for a h1 transfer, how long does the i94 in the new h1b approval will be valid, will it
still be until oct 1st 2010....
