Revoke a creen card

I married a man I didn,t really know in Bulgaria and he has told me many lies. We came back to the usa and he started abusing me phyiscally, mentally, and verbally. I stayed with him thinking I could change him since then we had a child He recieved his green acrd in the mail and not more than 2 weeks after thing excalated and he told me to leave Soi wne tback t my mothers. I know he wants to take the baby to Bulgaria but I won't let get a paddport for him. What are my legal rights

It sounds as though he still has a greencard. Domestic violence is a deportable offense in some instances. However, depending upon your situation that may not be the best option for you. You will need to file for divorce and be sure the parenting plan ordered by the court reflects the abuse and restricts travel when the baby is with the father.
