503 filing

can i raise money and add free trading shares to my float, prior to my sb2 filing(two months out)...thank you..specific purpose is to increase float size..

If you are two months from an SB2 or 503 filing, you should already have engaged competent and experienced securities counsel. The risks of anyone offering you advice on a bulletin board are too high for the advising attorney as well as for you.
