Legal Question in Investment Law in Delaware
Taken by money scam
My brothers gave money to an invester who claimed that he can make it into more money. The money is gone and he is claiming bankrupcy. They sued him to get the money back then he put that judgement on the bankrupcy paperwork. This is all happening in Delaware. Is there any way to get the money out of bankrupcy and what type of lawyer should we use. Need help. Other people were also scammed by this guy. Thank You.

Re: Taken by money scam
Depending on the event, there may be additional ways to recover against the defendant, such as suing the investment group/partnership/managers, etc directly.
Recovery may be made under state and or federal securities actions, but that will depend on the specifics of the case.
If you wish we can discuss the events and see if there are ways to protect your rights.
Good Luck,
