Legal Question in Employment Law in Delaware
I currently have a job working a logistics distribution center. The job is production based off of a weekly and monthly goal of 95% that they set for us locally. The trailers that I am set to unload are set by managers and some are extremely easy to make production while others are literally impossible. They expect the managers to give each person and equal workload. However this is not what happens. Over the last few months I have consistently gotten "occurrences" and feel like i'm quickly on the way to termination after working there a year and half and not having many problems at all. I have had "retraining" because of the occurrences and neither the trainer nor manager can find a reason why I don't make production and both said I work hard. I even get compliments from other managers from other departments for working so hard. I constantly run, even though it is against policy, while others seem to be working quite leisurely. (They have many contradictory rules) Is there anything that can be done before I lose my job? Due to the fact that there is no real reason they can come up with and say that I work hard contradictory to "the numbers"? I know I will get unemployment but this would not cover my bills and I feel as if I'm being wrongfully targeted.

Delaware is an employment at will state, if someone wants to get rid of you then you may want to look for a new job. Good luck.
It may be wrong but not illegal.
