Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Delaware

Summary Possession

My rent check for May was returned by my bank. My landlord sent me a letter stating I needed to turn in the funds due within 5 days. I received it on Saturday May 20. I turned in the funds in the form of a money order on Thursday May 25 via the ''rent drop box''. I received a letter Saturday dated Tuesday May 30 that a summary possession had already been filed & they were announcing their reservation of rights. Can you explain that to me, and how they filed a summary possession when I handed in all monies due within the specified time frame. Can they still take me to court to try and evict me even though I owe them nothing? I have handed it my rent for June as well. If they do take me to court, could the judge rule on my side? Thank you.
