Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Delaware

ownership of house

my father married 30 years ago his wife now has alzhiemers. Her daughter moved in the house and took her mother to a lawyer and put the house in her name. My father has always and is still paying all the bills, but the house was already paid for when they got married and they never put his name on the house. Is what she did legal.He still lives there and she is threatening to throw him out. my father is 84yrs. old.
