Quitclaim deed

I want to remove my ex-boyfriend's name from my deed. Do I just have to fill out a quitclaim deed?

If both names are on deed, he needs to sign deed to you plus 2 affidavits to be recorded with deed. We can do this for you, send us copy of current deed, we prepare new one, cost is our $100 fee, $33 recording fee for Sussex Recorder of Deeds. Ed Pankowski
