Sex and video taping

Is it illegal if someone puts your sex video on the web without consent even though you have consented to the video taping and you are an adult?

Depends on whether they had the right to exploit the film. Chances are, you can go after them if there was no release, but chances are equally good that they had full rights of exploitation if those rights weren't reserved.
