If you are divorced, and you are single or married at retirerment age can your ex collect on your social sercurity ?

Your former spouse cannot get part of your monthly benefit if that is what you are asking but
If a person is divorced after at least 10 years of marriage, he/she can collect retirement benefits on the former spouse's Social Security record if he/she is at least age 62 and if the former spouse is entitled to or receiving benefits.
If a former spouse remarries, he/she generally cannot collect benefits on your former spouse's record unless your later marriage ends (whether by death, divorce, or annulment).
