''Diseases or Disorders protected under the ADA.
Are people or persons with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) that require dialysis treatments protected under the ADA (Title one - employment to be specific).

Probably, although after the recent Supreme Court case, what is a disability is up in the air. The question is whether it substantially affects the person's ability to perform a major life activity (not limited to the workplace), and this would seem to fit that test.
