Legal Question in Administrative Law in District of Columbia
I work with the Embassy for 13 years as Administrative and financial assistant (Finance Department) and I have a contract signed by both of us since 2000, I had many problems with every Ambassador, they try to change my job many times they stressed me alot and I cant do anything because iam a single Mom, now we have a Charge d'affaires because we dont have an ambassador yet, few days ago he asked me to move some boxes full with drinking glasses and to put them in the kitchen, I said why me ill talk to the lady who is taking care of the cleaning, he get upset and told no more overtime, now he wants to change my office and my job without talking to me by the way he paid other employees overtime but not me what i have to do? I work in Washington DC

If you are employed by an embassy, you have few if any legal rights with respect to your job, as the embassy has displomatic immunity and is not subject to the laws of this country. Depending on the country involved, you may be entitled to certain legal rights under its laws, but you would have to consult with a lawyer familiar with the law of that country.
