Re: bank

The question is wheather your uncle was married or he didnt had any kids?

In case if you were the only heir you may claim the same with the Bank.

Contact a American attorney and he would help you out of the situation.

Re: bank

It is not clear whether your uncle was survived by his wife and or children. Assuming that there was none of those and if according to the religion of the deceased, you were the only heir or one among the heirs, lodge a claim with the Bank concerned and follow their advice regarding establishing your claim. You can also consult an American attorney in the place where your uncle had left his deposit.
